HOW LONG SHOULD I DO KETO?

The program takes you through 4 weeks of keto.

This allows your body to keto-adapt.

After that, we will guide you on how to choose if you should continue on keto or start bringing carbs back in.

WHY BRING CARBS BACK IN?

A fully functioning metabolism uses fat AND carbohydrates effectively.

After you resensitize your body to insulin during your keto phase, you will increase your body's ability to USE carbohydrates for energy instead of storing them as fat.

Adding carbs back in will also allow you to increase intensity in training so you finish out the program with less fat and more muscle.
