Because of food abundance and way too many carbs, we have lost our bodies' natural ability to effortlessly go in and out of ketosis.
You don't have to be strict keto for the rest of your life. Doing a phase of keto will restore your body's ability to burn fat and get your metabolism back the way it's supposed to be!
The system takes you through 4 weeks of keto. (If you've already done keto, you can jump right into low carb.)
This allows your body to keto-adapt.
After that, we will guide you on how to choose if you should continue on keto or start bringing carbs back in.

A fully functioning metabolism uses fat AND carbohydrates effectively.
After you resensitize your body to insulin during your keto phase, you will increase your body's ability to USE carbohydrates for energy instead of storing them as fat.
